I'm Lou!
I created Life Interruptions because I know what it's like when life suddenly changes the story you thought you were living.
I've experienced loss, enormous changes in direction and, after more than 30 years of kidney disease, a kidney transplant in April 2024.
Through my own healing journey I've learned that we don't always get to choose the interruptions - but we can choose how we meet ourselves within them.
These cards were created to give you somewhere to pause, listen inward and reconnect with yourself when life feels uncertain.
Because sometimes the next chapter doesn't begin with having all the answers.
It begins by coming back to you.
