As a kid I remember remember all the emotions I navigated through, I really struggled to sometimes move through them and I wish my younger self had had the tools that I've created here within Empowered Minds.

As a mum, I see my little ones going through those same emotions. As a child I appreciate the world is hard to navigate and my passion is to remind our future generations about how special and brilliant they already are.
