I'm Louise Fletcher.

A Transformational Guide and Master Belief Coding® Facilitator,

Life interrupts all of us - suddenly, slowly, or in ways we never saw coming.

Divorce, loss, illness, identity shifts, emotional triggers, the moments that stop us in our tracks and quietly ask: Are you ready to feel this? Are you ready to heal this?

I guide women through these Life Interruptions using Belief Coding® and my S.H.I.N.E.S. principles to help you understand your emotions, shift your energy, and lead yourself with compassion.

I know this work because I lived it. I spent years putting every emotion in a box… until my own Life Interruption forced it open and invited me into deeper healing.
